CSPA's Chris Shutes speaks against Pardee expansion at EBMUD Oakland meeting

March 19, 2009 -- Chris Shutes, CSPA's FERC Projects Director, presented oral comments Wednesday night at a meeting of the East Bay Municipal Utilities District Board of Directors in opposition to a draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Report for the District's Water Supply Management Plan.
