CSPA and C-WIN protest underhanded move by the Department of Water Resources

May 5, 2009 -- CSPA and C-WIN have protested the inclusion of the late evidence DWR submitted after evidentiary testimony, cross-examination and closing statements had been made by all other parties in the State Board hearing on the DWR/Bureau petition to consolidate the SWP and CVP places-of-use for their respective water rights permits.
