CSPA petitions for review of Barrel Ten Quarter Circle Land Company, Barrel Ten Quarter Circle, Escalon Cellars waste discharge requirements
May 26, 2009 CSPA has petitioned the Regional Board for review of the permits granted the Barrel Ten Quarter Circle Land Company, Barrel Ten Quarter Circle and Escalon Cellars waste discharge requirements. CSPA finds that the permits allows for unjustified degradation of groundwater, construction of settlement ponds without CEQA review and the permit does not contain an anti degradation analysis.
