South and Central Water Districts file suit complaining that the  Bay Delta Conservation Project violates numerous wildlife protections

April 11, 2009 -- South and Central Delta Water Agencies have filed a suit charging that everyone involved with BDCP (including Nature Conservancy, Defenders of Wildlife, Environmental Defense, American Rivers, Natural Heritage and Bay Institute) have violated numerous provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act, and NEPA, NCCPA and Bagley Keene.
