California Salmon and Steelhead Association files formal protest on San Francisquito Creek watershed
February 26, 2009 -- Stating that, "San Francisquito Creek sustains threatened steelhead species and... their habitat is protected by the federal Endangered Species Act," the California Salmon and Steelhead Association, through its agent Bob Baiocchi, has filed a formal protest objecting to the request for an extension of time by the California Water Service District so that they can continue the transfer of water.
