CSPA intervenes in proposed small Feather River hydro development
November 18, 2008 -- CSPA, along with Friends of the River and the Wilderness Coalition, intervened in a proceeding related to a proposed new small hydroelectric project in the Feather River Canyon.
The proposed project, on upper Rock Creek and several other tributaries to the North Fork Feather river, would divert water within these streams, affecting trout populations and spawning habitat.
